Join us on Monday, June 1, 2026 as Hearts of Steel celebrates its 10th Annual Shotgun Golf Scramble at Connoquenessing Country Club!
Enjoy a full day of camaraderie, competition, and community support. This milestone event brings golfers together to enjoy a fun-filled round while helping empower and uplift breast cancer survivors. Gather your team, tee off for a cause, and help us make this year’s scramble our most impactful yet. The course will be closed exclusively for our event, giving participants a private, uninterrupted day of golf.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with a light breakfast and signature drinks available before the tournament kicks off at 10:00 a.m. After the event, guests are invited to stay for a festive post-tournament celebration featuring a dinner of pulled pork, beef brisket, corn on the cob, and coleslaw, along with a silent auction, auction baskets, and an awards presentation.
While we do our best to offer options for everyone, we are not able to accommodate specific dietary restrictions for this outing.

About the Connoquenessing Country Club
Located near the Connoquenessing Creek between Zelienople and Ellwood City, just 20 minutes from the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, Connoquenessing Country Club offers a great club experience in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Designed by course architects Emil Loeffler and John McGlynn, our 18-hole USGA rated golf course is nestled in the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania, offering panoramic views and challenging play in a natural country setting.
Our 2025 event was a huge success largely in part to our sponsors. This is a great opportunity for local businesses and individuals to gain exposure and support a unique Breast Cancer Survivors support group. There are sponsorship opportunities for every budget and good intention.
